Can Huawei Survive Till The End of 2020?

In order to help the Chinese domestic companies solve the problems of high-end chip manufacturing, the national and the local Chinese governments have formulated the next five-year plan and decided to invest about 10 trillion yuan (1.4 trillion US dollars) in the semiconductor field up until today (09/13/2020).

Many action plans have suddenly brightened the future of Chinese chips. Not long ago, there was information that Dalian Wanda Group had already signed a 5G strategic agreement with Huawei. Alibaba Group also decided to invest 200 billion yuan in chip research and development in the next five years. Gree Electric also invested 1 billion yuan to help Huawei’s lithography machine research and development.

All the moves in China this time has finally solved the problem of funding shortages that may be faced in the process of lithography machine research and development. In addition, China has the world’s most complete industrial system, so the Chinese have reason to believe that domestic high-end lithography machines are just around the corner.

The only weapon of Huawei is unity, and its only tactic is openness. Huawei Hisar has cooperated with more than 150 car models and plans to pre-install more than 5 million units in 2021. Huawei has built a HiLink smart hardware ecosystem with 800 partners. The number of partners has reached 800+, and more than 3,000 products have been created, with 50 million+ smart hardware users, and cumulative shipments exceeding 220 million.

The only way for Huawei to survive is to learn from all advanced teachers the possibility of moving forward in the future. Only with basic education, basic research, and basic theories can the Chinese have the possibility of breakthroughs; otherwise, they will not be able to lead and make contributions that belong to the Chinese for mankind.

Narrow populism and national sentiments will cause the Chinese to fall behind. They have made it through hard work. The legal system in the United States is also very sound, and they are also working hard to learn from the legal system in the United States, how they can regulate their company, and avoid one person having the final say. These are the foundations for the good development of Huawei today.

As long as the management team of Huawei says that they are good, they will be slammed down; as long as they admit that they are bad, everyone understands it. The more you talk about your shortcoming, the better you are. As long as you know that you are not good, you will definitely change. Self-criticism is Huawei culture. The United States is a model of self-criticism, and the plot of American movies has always set the US government to lose.

Reforms put all power in the process, and the process has power. The supreme leader has no power and can only make rules. The higher the level of the leadership, the less power they have been granted through authorization. These are their experiences in the reform process. First, wealth is in everyone’s head. The Huawei company relies on the brain of all the company employees to create wealth. An employee may create more or less, so Huawei must reward the brain of that employee in return and share some wealth with that person.

Second, technology talk companies are inherited. The results created by employees yesterday will also play a role tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, and two days after tomorrow, and so on. It cannot be said that the bonus was given to him yesterday, and the company can use it for nothing today. Therefore, Huawei use shares to repay employees for their labor yesterday. The past contribution is thus inherited, and more value is still being created. Huawei uses the acquisition and sharing system to share the fruits of labor. The structure was slowly formed. The labor achievement somebody created yesterday must also be affirmed. Assign somebody a point, and everyone will comment on the number of points. Through accumulation, this steam is condensed.

Yes, Huawei can survive not only till the end of 2020 but also ever since.
